Please note that there is no entrance to the first floor via the main social club entrance. Entry is gained via the buzzer system at the first white door in the alleyway to the left of the building. If in doubt, please just call on arrival and we'll come and let you in!

For pickups and drop offs, or even if you just want to chat through your requirements in person, our usual opening hours are:

Monday: 9:30am - 5:00pm

Tuesday: 9:30am - 5:00pm

Wednesday: 9:30am - 5:00pm

Thursday: 2:00pm - 7:00pm

Friday: Closed

Saturday: 9:30am - 12:00pm

Sunday: Closed

Visits are by appointment only. Please do get in touch to arrange a suitable time to pop round and we'll make sure we're there to greet you. Free on street parking is currently available nearby.

When booking an appointment for drop offs, we'll offer a thirty minute time slot to suit you. This will ensure that we have time to discuss your requirements, time to assess the instrument and to talk through your options. Don't worry - this needn't take the full thirty minutes! You can turn up anytime you want within your appointment slot - we work this way just to try and ensure that everyone doesn't turn up at once and so you won't feel rushed.

 

Please be aware that we often have to book up to a week in advance depending on our current workload. This is so we can schedule work to begin on your instrument straight away so you can get it back sooner. Please bare this in mind if booking an instrument in to be ready for a certain time.
